Patient Resources

The first 90 days.

A clear, honest walkthrough of what the first three months as a UroLongevity patient actually involve.

The first 90 days are a structured sequence with a clear purpose: to build a complete baseline, turn it into a plan you understand, begin any agreed intervention, and then measure early response. Here is how it unfolds.

The comprehensive evaluation

It begins with the deep baseline assessment — advanced labs, urine analysis, cardiovascular and metabolic markers, body composition, functional and cognitive baselining. This is the foundation everything else is built on. It takes time, by design.

The review consultation

Next, the data becomes a conversation. Dr. Shusterman reviews the full picture with you — strengths, risks, and what the findings mean — and together you shape a plan. Nothing is recommended without the reasoning being explained.

Initiating the plan

Any agreed intervention begins — always built on the lifestyle foundation, never instead of it. Where a therapy is involved, it is started thoughtfully and individualized to your clinical picture.

The 90-day reassessment

At around 90 days, key measures are repeated. This early reassessment shows how your body is actually responding and allows the plan to be adjusted. It is also the point at which the longitudinal relationship settles into its longer rhythm.

An honest expectation Ninety days is enough to establish a baseline, begin, and see early signals — it is not enough to judge long-term outcomes. Comprehensive longevity medicine is measured in years. The first 90 days are the beginning of that relationship, not a verdict on it.

Begin with a consultation

A consultation is a conversation about your health trajectory and whether this approach fits your goals. It carries no obligation.
